Inspired by cinematic light and minimalist compositions, my work focuses on the use of water soluble oil painting and photography to capture a feeling of quiet contemplation which arises from an interplay between architecture and landscape. I am driven by a fascination with isolation and the human mark on natural environments and my work aims to evoke feelings of calm, curiosity, and a longing to explore these contemplative scenes.

Monthly Review – March 2025
This month has been pretty busy and we are now starting to plan our long awaited trip to Japan. I’ve had some holiday to use up from work so i’ve been mixing my time between practical bits around the house and trying to keep the creative flow going by doing some painting and photography.
